How fast can you actually get to a city centre address?
For a genuine emergency in the city centre, we aim to have someone with you within the hour, day or night. For a same-day but non-urgent job, booking before early afternoon usually means we can fit you in before the day's out.

 

Do you charge extra for evening or emergency call-outs?
There's a call-out fee for genuine out-of-hours emergencies, which we'll always tell you upfront before anyone travels out. Standard same-day work during normal hours is priced the same as anything booked in advance.

 

Can you service my boiler even if you didn't install it?
Yes, we regularly service and repair boilers we didn't originally fit. We'll check the make and model when you book so we arrive with the right parts and knowledge for that unit.

 

How long does a full bathroom renovation usually take?
It depends on the scope, but a straightforward refit is typically a matter of days rather than weeks, while a full redesign involving moved pipework or a new layout takes longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we've seen the room.

 

Are you set up to work on commercial premises as well as homes?
Yes. Offices, shops, restaurants, and other commercial premises are a regular part of our work, from a single faulty tap to full washroom refits.
